We have this same washer. It does not make that noise. It is very quiet even when standing nextto it. I don’t think they leveled the unit like the guide tells you to before they turned it on. This washer has a 5 star rateing but this video makes it look like a bad washer. WE LOVE IT!

My washer is much worse than yours; samsungs repair dept will not fix it under warranty! I’ve had 6 service calls and no one even opened the top to look.
11 mounts later its the joke of the neighborhood.
Samsung has no respect for there customers!! I’ll buy an L G next!

Um gottes Willen….!! so was hab ich ja noch nie gesehn das eine naue Waschmaschine so Töne von sich gibt omg Schrott ist das sorry aber ich kann nicht anderst dazu sagen…
