My washer is much worse than yours; samsungs repair dept will not fix it under warranty! I’ve had 6 service calls and no one even opened the top to look.
11 mounts later its the joke of the neighborhood.
Samsung has no respect for there customers!! I’ll buy an L G next!

We have this same washer. It does not make that noise. It is very quiet even when standing nextto it. I don’t think they leveled the unit like the guide tells you to before they turned it on. This washer has a 5 star rateing but this video makes it look like a bad washer. WE LOVE IT!
