Noise by Samsung Electric Cloth Dryer

This is the noise produced when the samsung dryer is in operation. I bought a samsung electric dryer last dec, since this july it produces some metal noise when in drying operation. i called samsung for repair, apparently, they had to use national appliance company to provide the labor work. while samsung tech does the diagnosis over the telephone. so the repair parts came from samsung while the labor was dispatched by the national appliance company. this company apparently sub-contracts out …

Well obviously it is still defective, you need to contact Samsung, the bearing is defective or the wear guide on the front lip of the drum area is defective. lol

or maybe the motor is defective or misaligned with the drum, bit of bad luck there thats for sure

samsung keeps sending people without knowledge of this dryer. i happend to get hold of a tech sheet it stated:
scraping check for front or rear buikhead felt seal out of position or worn tumbler front bearing.
what does this mean?
