Samsung icemaker issue part 4, This is after the 8th or 9th visit by repairemen. The Ice Tray and entire Ice unit have been replaced. Yet, it’s still not working right.

This is an example of what my new Samsung RM257ABSH is doing. Among other things. I have had service people out at least 6 times to look at it. Sometimes it works sometimes not. I’m posting this for the support people at Samsung, so they will actually do something and not just send someone out again.
